Return & Refund Policy

At Jotted, we take pride in the quality and care behind every journal we produce. Each item is inspected before shipping, but if your journal arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage incurred during shipping

If your item qualifies, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the defect or damage
  • A brief description of the issue
  • contact@jottedjournals.com

Our team will review your request and provide next steps. If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund—whichever you prefer.

Please Note

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, general wear, or usage.
  • Journals must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for replacement.
  • Return shipping (if needed) will be covered by us for approved cases.
